Figs are a food Crop and a Resource. It can be found and grown in the Mediterranean Climate.
Figs can be consumed to fulfill the Food Vital needs.
Like all food crops, Figs require a Civilization Point in 
Cultural Customs in order to be consumed, and another point in 
Cultural Skills in order to be grown in farms. It can always be gathered from wild crops without requiring a point investment into Cultural Skills.
Figs are one of ten food Crops that can only be grown in one specific Climate (The others being Bananas, Beans, Chickpeas, Corn, Dates, Potatoes, Rice, Tomatoes, and Turnips).

A fig annex on fertility 3 produces about 0.15 figs per field per tick.
It is advised to place field annexes of crops on the most fertile land in order to maximise your yield.
vield can additionaly be increased by spending more Culture points in the production skill for figs, if maxed out a single field on 3 fertility can produce approxematly 0.45 figs per tick. (as of v0.3.1.x)
