Laundry is a service provided by the Washhouse building. It provides a Health bonus for the territory's population.
The production of Laundry is unlocked by the Water reservoirs knowledge, but it can't be used until the Washhouse building is unlocked through the Stonecutting knowledge.
Laundry also needs to be adopted in 
Cultural Customs before it can be utilized by the population.
